PERMISSION to Use Copyrighted Materials

Physician’s Postgraduate Press, Inc., owns the copyrights for the material published in its publications, The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry and The Primary Care Companion for CNS Disorders, and their associated websites. The informa​tion as it is presented in all forms is the property of the Company.

To request permission to use copyrighted materials, send your request by email to permissions@psychiatrist.com.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Reque​stor’s name and title, email address, fax number, direct telephone number and complete mailing address
• Material requested: full article citation/figure/supplement, including year, volume, and issue number; article title and author; page range; and figure and table number (if applicable)
• Number of copies you wish to make (if applicable)
• Intended use (if applicable)

REPRINTS

All reprints of articles appearing in publications produced by Physicians Postgraduate Press, Inc. (e.g., The Journal of Clinical Psychiatry and Supplements, The Primary Care Companion for CNS Disorders, etc.) must be ordered directly through Physicians Postgraduate Press, Inc. following the procedures detailed below:

You can also order a single article (one print copy or 24-hour electronic access).

To obtain a quote for reprints please contact the Permissions Editor. Please include the complete citation of the article including the year, volume number, issue/supplement, page numbers, lead author, and title, as well as the quantity desired. A quote will be provided within 24 hours.

Turnaround time: 15 Working days for processing; shipping time is additional. Note: allow 2–3 days additional for shrink-wrapping. Turnaround time for large orders or supplements may vary.

“Rush” service is available with a turnaround time of 10 working days for processing; shipping time is additional. Note: allow 2–3 days additional for shrink-wrapping. There is a 10% surcharge for “rush” service.

EPRINTS

We offer an eprint service, which will allow on-line access to an article for a predetermined number of views. This eprint service will permit the distribution of an article via a URL address/password. It also allows for one printed copy per view.

Please submit eprint quote requests by email to permissions@psychiatrist.com and include the following information:

• Your full name/title
• Your email address
• Your direct telephone number
• Mailing address
• A full citation of the article including Journal name, year published, volume and issue number, title, author, and page range.
• Intended use
• Number of eprints you desire

Once your order is approved and paid for in advance you will be sent a link to the URL and a password for access. Prepayment is required unless other arrangements are made with the Publisher.
