Sir: Despite extensive clinical use of serotonin reuptakeinhibitors, clomipramine, and venlafaxine1 in the treatment ofobsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), to our knowledge therehave been no reports on the use of duloxetine to treat patientswith this disorder. We report the successful use of duloxetine totreat a patient with OCD.
