Letter to the Editor

Sir: Risperidone is a novel antipsychotic agent that blocks the dopamine (e.g., D2) as well as the serotonin (e.g., 5-HT2) families of receptors. We report a case of monosymptomatic hypochondriacal psychosis that responded to risperidone.
