Shared psychotic disorder is a clinical condition in which people in close association share delusions of similar content. While the most common cases of shared psychotic disorder involve 2 people, in some rare cases a larger number of individuals are affected, with few reports in children. We present a case of a child involved in a folie í  trois, a psychosis shared by 3 persons.
