Article Abstract

Because this piece does not have an abstract, we have provided for your benefit the first 3 sentences of the full text.

Sir: My colleagues and I highly appreciate the interest in our article1 by Dr. Tepper and Ms. Strauss. My response will follow the sequence of their 5 points.

First, the questionnaire response rate in our study was 67%, 63% for cases and 67% for matched controls (intended case: control ratio = 1:6). This difference in response rate was not statistically significant.’ ‹’ ‹
