Sir: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic anddebilitating psychiatric disorder. The lifetime prevalence ofOCD is estimated to be 1.94% to 3.29% according to population-based surveys.1-3 Serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs) areknown to be effective in OCD.4-6
