Letter to the Editor

Sir: Nefazodone, like trazodone, has been associated with palinopsia (visual perseveration), an otherwise uncommon visual disturbance. I report 2 cases of a different and I believe heretofore undescribed visual disturbance associated with the use of nefazodone.
