Sir: I appreciate the comments by Karagianis et al. and Arranz and San on the issue of antipsychotic agents, insulin resistance, and glucose metabolism. The authors touch upon very important topics and limitations to our study, which were addressed in the Discussion section of the article.1 Arranz and San correctly point out that the sample size of our study was small and that olanzapine-treated subjects received the drug for a longer period of time’ ‹
