Letter to the Editor

Sir: Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is a rare but fatal neurologic disease. It may manifest with psychiatric symptoms as an initial presentation, which makes the differential diagnosis very difficult because of lack of specific clinical symptoms and image findings in the early stage of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
