Letter to the Editor

Sir: Clozapine and other atypical antipsychotics may have antiaggressive effects. Cantillon and Goldstein’s findings suggested antiaggressive effects of quetiapine in psychosis. We observed a beneficial effect of quetiapine in a persistently aggressive 45-year-old white woman with a DSM-IV diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder.
