Article Abstract

Sir: We thank Drs. Lane and Chang for giving us an opportunity to clarify some concepts regarding the cytochrome P450 isoenzymes. To start, we recognize that the current knowledge in this field is far from being completely established. It is not certain which isoenzymes metabolize many drugs.
